Welcome to Hixoi, an AI image and video generation service available at hixoi.app. By accessing or using Hixoi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.
Hixoi helps users create images, animate pictures, and generate videos from text prompts, uploaded reference images, uploaded video clips, model settings, style choices, aspect ratios, resolution settings, and generation controls.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
Account Creation: You may need an account to access certain features, save generation history, purchase credits, or manage billing.

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Hixoi a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and use User Content as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.
Hixoi may produce images, animations, videos, previews, or other outputs based on your prompts, uploads, and settings. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use generated outputs for personal or commercial projects, provided that your use complies with applicable laws, third-party rights, and any plan limitations shown at purchase.
AI-generated outputs may not be unique. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publishing, distributing, selling, or otherwise using them, including for accuracy, legality, brand suitability, and intellectual property concerns.
The Hixoi service, website, software, interfaces, branding, logos, systems, and underlying technology are owned by Hixoi or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or exploit the service except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hixoi and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your User Content, generated output use, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operation of Hixoi, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved through the courts or dispute resolution process available in the applicable jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
